Our Mission
Educate children, parents, and caregivers of the benefits of fun, non-competitive exercise. We realize this effort is a small step in the hope
that one day all children will be given the opportunity to learn exercise is fun and is not a competitive activity. Our immediate focus will
be pre-school programs for children ages 3-5 years old. Our mission is based on the Guidelines outlined in the “Active Start” document published
by the National Association of Sport and Physical Education (NASPE). “Active Start” states
all children ages 3-5 require 1 hour of structured movement every day. |
